PACTFest 2017 is a weekend filled with adjudicated performances and showcases, workshops and networking for people engaged in non-professional theatre sponsored by the Pennsylvania Association of Community Theatres. The weekend is open to anyone interested in community theatre ... actors, technicians, managers, directors, board members, designers, administrators, educators, etc. This state-wide festival is a predecessor to the Eastern State Theater Association's regional ESTAFest 2017 in Wilmington DE, April 6 to 9, and American Association of Community Theatre's national festival June 26-July 1 in Rochester MN.
